If you want to block collect calls originating from the Westchester County Department of Correction, you must complete and submit the Phone Block Form.

Completing this form will mean that no one from the Westchester County Department of Correction will be allowed to make any collect calls to the phone numbers you provide.

The phone block will stay in effect until we are notified by you to remove it. All information on the form must be completed and you must be the person who is responsible to provide this information.
