In order to prevent interference with the facility goal of security, safety, and good order, and to help prevent the introduction of contraband into the facility, incoming non-privileged mail must NOT include any of the following items.
Mail received that does not conform to this policy, will not be given to the intended recipient.
Mail items not accepted in the facility:
- Any photos showing the inside of facility, nudity, gang signs, illegal activity NO Polaroid/Fuji photos are acceptable (Limit 12)
- Colored paper (other than white)
- Ink (other than blue or black)
- Crayon
- Markers
- Gel ink
- Lipstick impressions
- Stains, spills, and or any discoloration including perfume / cologne scents
- Embellishments (glitter, ribbon, sequins)
- Laminates / plastic over lays
- Hard cardboard, 3D pop-ups
- Musical cards
- Stickers / self-stick stamps (on the inside and or outside of the letter
